Refunds are only available if the event is canceled by the host.
Platform fees (10%) are non-refundable.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of the event cancellation.
Circles IN will mediate disputes but cannot guarantee refunds for third-party issues.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
