  • Refunds are only available if the event is canceled by the host.

  • Platform fees (10%) are non-refundable.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of the event cancellation.

  • Circles IN will mediate disputes but cannot guarantee refunds for third-party issues.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
